Mortgage Partner, Wayne has been a mortgage adviser for over 11 years, he started as an adviser at Connells in 2001. He was previously a Sales Manager within the electrical retail sector for 8 years prior to this. Having worked within a structured corporate environment, he wanted more flexibility and freedom. Having admired the tenacity of his colleague James to set up the company, he felt compelled to join him and also become truly independent. Wayne likes the corporate image of Jigsaw Independent, but more importantly, the personal and attentive approach of the company, who’s staff are accessible and not tied too rigid processes. Wayne by his own admission is a very enthusiastic person and has a passion in doing the job right and obtaining the best result for his clients. He also has a young family and understands the day to day needs and pressures of modern day life. Like his colleagues, he looks forward to being of assistance, when you or your family next move or want to assess your financial well-being.
